(1) Retail customers residing on the mainland USA may order through Paypal, by credit card or pay by checking  account(echeck).  Please fax, email ,mail or call in your order .  
(2) Wholesale customers  can pay either on line through "Email Payment" or by calling in your order. In addition, If paying online  you will receive an email with a "Request for payment" (See "Email Payment " information under Wholesale. . A Partial payment of the net amount on your  production  order must be satisfied prior to production.   An email will be sent to you regarding the shipping cost. You may pay the shipping cost through Paypal , by calling  in your credit card number, your street number and zip code, by mail. Company and personal Checks will be accepted, incurring a 10 day waiting period.  Money orders will also be accepted. Please keep a copy of the requested order.
(3) Wholesale and Retail Customers: International payments are accepted in the currencies accepted by Paypal through verified Paypal accounts via bank transfer only.

1)Refunds, Returns and Damages

UPS Deliveries:

If your package arrives noticeably damaged refuse it for this reason and notify us immediately. We will replace it.

If you accept a damaged package, you must notify UPS in your area immediately. UPS will arrange to inspect and return it

Because .each hat  is customized  to your specifications, we cannot give refunds  on these items, unless there is an erosion the production in the item on the part of Isis Fashions.   Shipping charges are non-refundable. If there is an error on the part of Isis Fashions, we will replace the item free of charge.  The item in error must be returned unworn and undamaged to receive the replacement. You must have an authorization code to return this item  the item  must be insured. No COD. Authorization number must be displayed visibly on package.

Hats  bought at shows are returnable - items must be unworn and  undamaged  and in their original packaging along with tags. Store credit only.

Accessories:  Web store credit is issued on returned accessories You may apply this credit to any other item you wish to purchase on the web site. Your web store credit is valid for one year from the date we receive  the returned item.  This information is kept in our database. We apologize if this policy causes you any  inconvenience.

 This section of our policy has been implemented to lessen  the cost of  processing returned items and passing this cost on  to you.

All items must be returned within 10 days of your receipt of the item.  On internet orders, your receipt date is the date that the item is delivered by UPS (not the date the item is picked up from a UPS center or rescheduled to be delivered). 

Non-internet orders, your date of receipt is the date of sale or date of delivery of the item .

No items will be accepted after the receipt date or  without an RMA number. Please call for a Returned Merchandise Number(RMA #).

All Customers:  replacement items only. Notification of an item being returned must be within 10 business days of receipt.

Back Orders  :
 It is impossible for us to have every color or style in stock because goods used in production are purchased from a variety of suppliers . If we are out of any item used in the production of your order you will be notified of a new delivery date. You may at  this time choose to  cancel your order or accept the new delivery date.

Service:

Please allow atleast 4 weeks for delivery of your 
order  Time may vary depending on workload.
Orders are shipped  as quickly as possible 
but because each hat is  handmade, sometimes 
during a busy season, orders can and will 
take longer to fill. Please anticipate your needs well in advance of your date of need.

Shipping:

Within the mainland US, shipping is usually via   UPS .   Please specify .if you wish your order shipped by way of a different transport company or method .
Outside Mainland USA prepay (US currency,,
-Shipment by best method ( normally air mail).  
Shipment costs for wholesale orders are determined upon order completion. Additional shipping cost 

Materials used:  Although Ievery  attempt is made  to keep materials depicted on the web site in stock, occasionally these items run out and must be reordered. Buttons, flowers and trim may be different  than depicted. This will occur when these types of  trim depicted on the web are no longer available from suppliers.  The overall aesthetic look of the hat will not change.

Special colors: Dyed to match colors will incur 
additional $35.00 to cover the cost of  material wasted in 
attempts to achieve the desirable color. Odd colors may  be difficult to match exactly. Dyed to match  colors  will only be accepted on straws at this time and cannot be ordered via the website.  A request for payment from must be sent for " dyed to match colors".  If you have a sample of the  fabric color  you wish to have  matched. this  will go along way to  ensure that you receive the shade or color you expect.   Please note that sending a picture over the internet will not suffice since monitors display the same color with different hues. There are a myriad of shades for the same color.  If, by chance a picture is your only option, please be prepared to receive my perception of the color.  Place your order by email to: hats@isisfashions.com and  a request for payment which includes the additional charge for dying($35.00) plus taxes  (where applicable) and shipment.  You may also mail your sample of fabric to Isis Fashions.

Dyeing to match a specific color may take longer. It is a process of trial and error and fine tuning a color, when a close match is  achieved. Allow at least 2 weeks extra for dyeing.  Colors are not always apparent to the naked  eye in viewing the sample of fabric received and may take a bit longer to perfect.

Wool felt, Fur felt, velour are extremely difficult to dye. Isis Fashions can only offer you colors in this media as is. Fabric Trim can be dyed to virtually any color.

Fabric trim  used in production of "dyed to match" may be   different than what is depicted on the web site and will incur an additional cost.  Isis Fashions is only able to dye 100% silk and linen.
