UPS Deliveries: If you accept a damaged package, you must notify UPS in your area immediately. UPS will arrange to inspect and return it Because .each hat is customized to your specifications, we cannot give refunds on these items, unless there is an erosion the production in the item on the part of Isis Fashions. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If there is an error on the part of Isis Fashions, we will replace the item free of charge. The item in error must be returned unworn and undamaged to receive the replacement. You must have an authorization code to return this item the item must be insured. No COD. Authorization number must be displayed visibly on package. Hats bought at shows are returnable - items must be unworn and undamaged and in their original packaging along with tags. Store credit only. Accessories: Web store credit is issued on returned accessories You may apply this credit to any other item you wish to purchase on the web site. Your web store credit is valid for one year from the date we receive the returned item. This information is kept in our database. We apologize if this policy causes you any inconvenience. This section of our policy has been implemented to lessen the cost of processing returned items and passing this cost on to you. All items must be returned within 10 days of your receipt of the item. On internet orders, your receipt date is the date that the item is delivered by UPS (not the date the item is picked up from a UPS center or rescheduled to be delivered). Non-internet orders, your date of receipt is the date of sale or date of delivery of the item . No items will be accepted after the receipt date or without an RMA number. a different transport company or method . Materials used: Although Ievery attempt is made to keep materials depicted on the web site in stock, occasionally these items run out and must be reordered. Buttons, flowers and trim may be different than depicted. This will occur when these types of trim depicted on the web are no longer available from suppliers. The overall aesthetic look of the hat will not change. Special colors:
Dyed to
match colors will incur Wool felt, Fur felt, velour are extremely difficult to dye. Isis Fashions can only offer you colors in this media as is. Fabric Trim can be dyed to virtually any color. Fabric trim used in production of "dyed to match" may be different than what is depicted on the web site and will incur an additional cost. Isis Fashions is only able to dye 100% silk and linen. |
| Note: Isis Fashions is not a hat manufacturing business. A great deal of hand sewing is done to complete your hat, which takes time. Please also take into account that there may be others awaiting their hats prior to your order. Every effort is made to complete your order within a reasonable time frame.
