  A copy of  your business  license  and a business card  is required   before processing an order.

   Subject: Wholesale Inquiry (these words  must appear somewhere in the subject area or the email will be automatically deleted)  or click  hats@isisfashions.com
All email is processed through an autoresponder. Unfortunately because of the influs of spam to the website, email that has anything other than the specified wording will be deleted

Using the above format allows our automated program to acknowledge your  request quickly and places you in our database for future mailings.

 If requesting a price list through regular mail  and your business information is not on file with us.-  please send  a self-addressed envelope to the above address or provide your email address. If you have opted to receive he price list by email, please make sure that your mail box is not full.

Payments for wholesale items can  be made on-line through PayPal via an email link or by using PayPal's "send money " option. PayPal is a secure method of payment and is used by over 9 million users in 36 countries. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, payment via checking account and international payments in pound sterling and euros.  Shipping charges cannot be calculated until an order is completed. A partial payment for half of the order is requested before Production begins (.i.e. half of the wholesale cost). You will contacted via email    for the balance plus shipping  charges prior to shipment.

Please understand that each hat is a work of art and takes time to complete. Because orders are custom filled, we cannot offer refunds.  What is offered - are corrections in errors on our part and the remake or substitution of a product at an equal price, that does not meet your satisfaction. To avoid errors on our part - please place your order in writing. Damages in shipment should be directed to the carrier. 

Email Payment:  Upon completion of your order  an email is sent to you with the subject being "Request for Payment".  Within the email is a link to PayPal.  Click on the link in the email.  If you are all ready a member of PayPal, click " Send Money". Type in the requested information and click on the "Send Money" tab.  If you are not a member of PayPal you will be asked to fill out information  to establish an account.  Follow the instructions.

You may also call-in your credit card information to the voice number listed above.
Credit cards accepted in-house are: Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
